The day of the 40th anniversary of the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands of International Importance is when BALKANI Wildlife Society submitted to the Ministry of Environment and Water (MOEW) documentation for declaring the Dragoman marsh Karst Complex the 11th wetland of international importance in Bulgaria.
